Clinical Assistant

Clinical Assistants preform a variety of duties to prepare patients for their eye exams. Clinical duties include such tasks as near and far acuity, color and depth perception, Visual Fields, HRT of optic nerve and macula, and more.

A clinical assistant also cleans instruments and controls contact lenses inventory.

Frame & Lens Specialist

Sales of glasses

Helping with selection of frames for patients, as well as using doctor’s best recommendation for lens treatments and prescription. Adjusting, dispensing and repairing glasses.

Helping patients with Insertion and Removal of Contact Lenses

  • Inventory
  • Meeting with reps for ordering glasses
  • Orders for optical supplies

Billing & Coding specialist

  • Filing claims
  • Entering payments
  • Experience with office mate preferred
  • 3 years of experience in eye care required

Receptionist

  • Greeting patients
  • Entering payments
  • Answering phones
  • Checking patients in and out
  • Filing charts

I could not help but notice the cleanliness of the office. They sprayed my hands when I entered, and checked my temperature. All of the staff were wearing masks. Every piece of equipment was spotless and was meticulously cleaned between patients. I could not have had a better experience with this office full of wonderful, caring individuals.

The staff is great and helpful. Dr. Love listened to my requests and gave me the best plan for my eye care. I can't say enough, however, about Ashley. She is always prepared for my visit and has great frame options for me in my favorite color. They always fit my face perfectly. She is AMAZING!
